Hugh Martin is Non-Executive member of Taylor’s Advisory Board.
Hugh has had a varied and successful career with over 30 years’ experience in major institutions in the property industry, both internationally and domestically.
Hugh has held senior executive roles as the Finance Director at Baulderstone Hornibrook, Director of Property Investment with the State Authorities Superannuation Board of NSW (now Dexus), Managing Director at Leda Holdings, Chief General Manager at Homebush Bay Development Corporation, General Manager of Special Projects at West eld Holdings Limited, Project Director at Lend Lease Group and National General Manager for the Apartments Development Division at Stockland Corporation.
Hugh holds a Bachelor of Business with a Double Major in Accounting and Finance.
Elena Potenza is a Non-Executive Member of Taylor’s Advisory Board.
Elena has over 28 years of experience in the construction, property development and infrastructure industries and has held senior executive positions across major listed property and construction companies including Lendlease and CPB Contractors (formerly Leighton Contractors).
During her career, Elena has been responsible for managing major construction and property transactions and was responsible for strategy for the development of a multi-billion portfolio in major civil infrastructure projects in Australia, including PPP and structuring International Joint Ventures. Her experience spans both Private and Public sectors.
Elena has held several key Board appointments with the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Roads Australia and NSW Government Advisory Council for the Minister for Women. She is also a regular guest speaker at key conferences on Construction and infrastructure, or Women in Leadership.
Elena holds Bachelor of Building and Master of Commerce (Land Economy) degrees, and was appointed Fellow to Australian Institute of Building (AIB) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Oceania (RICS).
Elena was awarded the CBRE Business Woman of the Year Award-NAWIC.
