Doug Woods

Construction Manager

Doug joined Taylor in 2013 and has over 25 years of experience across all industries in the construction sector. Prior to Taylor, Doug has worked for listed property and construction companies including Lend Lease & Multiplex where he led the management and successful delivery of key projects in NSW up to $250 million, and is currently responsible for the management of a diverse range of key projects for Taylor’s clients.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Building from the University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from the University of New South Wales.

Ross Rooke

Construction Manager

Ross joined Taylor in 2014 and has over 25 years of construction experience. Ross is responsible for managing all Taylor’s Industrial projects.

Ross holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of Technology Sydney.

Peter Wilson

Construction Manager

Peter joined Taylor in 2010 and has over 30 years of construction and property experience, with skills in the delivery of complex design and construct projects exceeding $50 million. Peter is responsible for managing Taylor’s Health, Aged Care & Education projects.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of Newcastle.

Brad Smith

Construction Manager

Brad joined Taylor in 2017 and has over 27 years’ experience in a variety of sectors inclusive of High-rise commercial, hospitality and residential towers through to complex community infrastructure, Government and Retail sectors. Spending close to 20 years in the Tier 1 space, Brad brings to Taylor major project experience and he actively leads the detailed construction planning process which ensures issues are quickly identified and mitigated to guarantee delivery of our projects.

Brad is a qualified Carpenter and Joiner with Certificate IV in OH&S and Management.
