15.5 acre land subdivision located in the southwest growth corridor yielding a total of 79 lots of varying sizes (300sqm – 670sqm).
Acquisition of an existing property subdivision (15 acres in total) which gained DA and CC approval for 79 lots within the rapidly expanding South West growth corridor of Sydney.
The site includes an area of 23,000sqm RE1 zoned land purchased by Council. Sales of individual plots were exchanged with a majority of sales being to owner occupiers.
Taylor initially acquired the site as a raw rural site with approximately 70% of all drainage, roads and services now constructed.
The project was completed April 2017.
