Connect Corporate Stage 3

Taylor has been involved in all three stages of Goodman’s new mixed use precinct located in Mascot. Stage 3 includes the construction of a contemporary new commercial building comprising of 9 levels of office, ground floor retail and showroom and a basement carpark.

A new retail precinct will be located on the ground level of stage 2 and 3 acting as the core for local staff and community. Stage 3 will interact with Stage 2 building by an outdoor area with seating located on Ground Floor.

The area of Mascot is currently being transformed from its former industrial uses to a new, vibrant business and retail hub. Contract duration is 71 weeks.
