Taylor fielded a team of five cyclists in the 62 kilometre course from Bobbin Head to Brooklyn, via the Pacific Highway. ‘Tour de PIF’ participants could choose from a 116 kilometre, 62 kilometre of or 32 kilometre course all of which departed from Bobbin Head at staggered intervals.

The charity cycling challenge raised money for the Property Industry Foundation’s (PIF) national PIF House program, which provides shelter for disadvantaged youth who are ready to re-enter the workforce.

Each member of the Taylor team was presented with a polka dot jersey to wear during the challenge, in recognition of the Taylor team’s achievement in raising $21,142 for PIF, the highest amount raised by any team.
