In February 2021, WiSE signed an Agreement for lease to occupy the ground floor and part of the first floor of the new 11 Khartoum Road Project that Taylor is delivering at Macquarie Park for Stockland. Taylor is now engaged to deliver the integrated fitout for WiSE.
The Walk-in Specialist Emergency (WiSE) clinic is owned, operated and staffed by senior specialists in emergency medicine. Working alongside specialist emergency doctors are highly experienced and trained registered nurses, radiographers, sonographers and pathologists. Their network has been designed to support the WiSE Clinic and provide patients with timely access and effective infrastructure to achieve a seamless health process.
The WiSE Integrated Fitout involves the interior fitout of the WiSE Specialist Emergency Clinic within the 11 Khartoum Road Project ground floor and first floor. Works also include mechanical, electrical and communications, hydraulics, fire protection, provision for medical gases and FF&E management and installation.
The completed WiSE facility will offer immediate access to emergency specialists, diagnostics and treatment facilities with efficient patient-centred care. Some of the services include:
