Taylor delivered a 30,000sqm logistics warehouse facility for GPT Group, featuring 7,000sqm of hardstand and 247 car spaces, strategically located at Lot 21 on Old Wallgrove Road, Eastern Creek.
The facility now accommodates two tenants, with an inter-tenancy wall and 500sqm of office space per unit. The wall was constructed post-slab pour, allowing flexibility to convert the space into a single expansive warehouse if required.
Positioned on a B-double approved road with excellent access to the M7 and M4 Motorways interchange, the site offers prime visibility and connectivity for future tenants. It is also surrounded by a range of local amenities including gyms, licensed restaurants, eateries, and service stations.

During the initial design phase, Taylor successfully provided value engineering initiatives to advance project outcomes. These initiatives included increasing the overall size of the external warehouse columns to improve their strength. This design modification advanced the program as it allowed the roof to be loaded midway through construction without the need for wall girts. Taylor worked closely with GPT throughout the project to ensure all external and internal expectations were exceeded.
