Practical completion: opal care racf

Congratulations to our team for achieving Practical Completion on the Opal Care RACF project at Ashfield – the job looks great and the client is happy, great job all round! The $26M Design & Construct job comprises of 133 bedrooms that include facilities for caring for those with dementia. An early works package that included bulk excavation and shoring was undertaken that allowed time to develop the design, seek value engineering initiatives, remove risk and provide cost certainty within the budget of the main works. Well done team!
