Fund through of two industrial warehouse facilities totalling 30,000m2 for leading air conditioning company.

The development involves the acquisition of 25.28 acres (103,000m2) of Light Industrial zoned IN2 raw land within the Marsden Park Industrial Precinct for subdivision into 3 individual sites.

Two warehouse buildings were purpose built for Actron Air a leading manufacturer of Air Conditioning equipment. The sites comprise an area of 13.6 acres with the main warehouse building of 25,000m2 and a second smaller building of 6,300m2 to be held by Actron for investment with flexibility to provide for future business expansion as required.
