Taylor is proud to have recently completed the $20M Adina Sydney Airport Apartment Hotel.

The project is situated in the heart of Mascot bringing apartment accommodation to the growing demand of local businesses and travellers looking for convenient accommodation with nearby access to Sydney Airport, Sydney CBD and M5 motorway. The environment created included the delivery of 123 serviced apartments across seven storeys consisting of 51 studio, 66 one bedroom and six two bedroom apartments. The project also included a cafe, basement car park with coach set down and parking areas.

Adina Mascot is the third major project undertaken by Taylor for Capital Corporation and the second major project working with the multi-national hotel chain, Toga Group.

The Project team provided Capital Corporation with several different structural scenarios and architectural layout modifications for the project to assist the company and meet its required time frame and budget.

The base building design was coordinated to integrate the fitout of the Adina apartments, reception, conference room, gymnasium and kitchen areas. Cost saving initiatives included pre-finished, load bearing partition walls to the apartments which saved on both structure, finishes and submission of alternates products to reduce costs.

Throughout delivery, The project team maintained access to the adjacent commercial buildings inclusive of access to the underground carparking areas.
