Winner of 2006 MBA NSW Award, NSW Excellence in Construction Awards.

AH Orr Lodge comprises a new 68 bed nursing home with the demolition and refurbishment of part of the existing building to provide a smooth transition between the existing and new sections.

The new wing incorporates a hydro-therapy pool, beauty salon, cinema and internal landscaped courtyard.

This project created a logistical issue for Taylor Group as well as the community due to the site boundary restrictions, whilst minimising construction and environmental impact on the local environment.
