Taylor completed the refurbishment and upgrades at the Audi Dealership situated on the corner of the Old Princes Highway and Glencoe Street in Sutherland.

The 16 week programme involved a 2-stage refurbishment of the existing facility including new facade cladding. The first stage consisted of external facade glazing and cladding works, scaffolding to both the Glencoe Street and the Old Princes Highway boundaries, and refurbishment to half of the motor showroom. The second stage of works followed with the completion of refurbishment works to the showroom.

It was important to the client that the showroom remained in operation for the duration of the project. This was achieved through the staged programme and handover process. Additionally, access to the site for all Taylor personnel and subcontractors was restricted to the Glencoe Street entrance, whilst Audi customers could continue to access the main entrance into the showroom during the period of works.
