The project consisted of the refurbishment of the existing car showroom and car park. The 2 storey renovation was completed over 2 separate stages. Each stage was completed with a 6 week program.

Stage 1 was to convert part of the existing car park into new showroom space. The use of high quality glazing, epoxy flooring, tiles and high end lighting were used to complete the full fitout to Audi specifications.

Upon handover of stage 1, stage 2 commenced with the demolition and full strip out of the existing offices and showroom, where again the full refit to Audi specifications was completed including a few minor structural changes.

The overall scope was increased, by the client, by approximately 25% during construction and the Taylors team were still able to achieve the tight program as agreed. Part of this included the partial refurbishment of the neighbouring Toyota facility.
