Working with the Ecove Property Group, Taylor was selected to build the striking new 39-level Boomerang Tower at the Sydney Olympic Park. The completed project will include 230 apartments, retail spaces, a Green Star rated commercial suite and six floors of car parking with over 350 spaces.

The tower features a boomerang shaped design, architecturally created by Bates Smart Architects to achieve optimum solar orientation. This design ensures all apartments are north facing to gain 100% solar access whilst maximising views across the entire Sydney Basin.

The 1, 2, 3 and 4 room apartments will have access to a landscaped podium rooftop, with a variety of outdoor spaces and communal gardens.

In order to meet the restricted timeline, innovative construction techniques and materials will ultimately combine with elements of contemporary design to create a landmark building within the Sydney Olympic Park precinct.
