Canopy Apartments are located within Stage 2 of the Putney Hill Precinct. Taylor was awarded the project after the successful completion of Stage 1 (363 apartments over 5 towers)

Canopy consists of 131 apartments configured into one, two and three bedrooms, over three midrise residential towers. The towers are constructed over shared podium, two levels of basement car parking below and landscaping above with extensive gabion retaining wall.

Taylor, equipped with the understanding of the clients vision gained from working closely together on Stage 1 proposed a $1.7mil saving to the client.
