The Challenge
This facility was Goodman’s fourth building at the Oakdale Estate at Horsley Park. The facility comprised of a 30,000 m2 warehouse facility, office and 17,000 m2 of external hardstand area for DHL Logistics.
The Solution
A jointless fibre slab was designed and poured directly onto the subgrade material providing a considerable cost saving to the client.
The Result
The client was extremely satisfied and future work was obtained on the back of this project. The end user, DHL commented that the design and construct experience with Taylors was one of the best experiences they have encountered through their extensive development expansion programme.
