The Envirolab Group Laboratories specialise in testing for the environmental and occupational, health and safety sector that service large portions of Australia from Sydney to Perth. The testing and monitoring include soil testing, Workplace hazards, asbestos testing, acid sulphate testing, biological monitoring and testing.

The Envirolab Project Fit Out Refurbishment involved the expansion of the existing Envirolab Group premises in Chatswood, Sydney NSW. The works involved the construction of new individual Laboratory work room areas, open plan Laboratory areas, Emergency Shower facilities, laboratory Kitchen facilities, lab benches & sinks, joinery units, new storage facilities, New Mechanical Services system to the office & warehouse areas, Upgrade to the Fire Services, Electrical Services, Hydraulic services to each Laboratory, Exhaust Hoods & Lab BOC Gases services, new laboratory testing Ovens, connection of existing laboratory areas via new inter-connecting access doors, Vinyl flooring to all laboratory areas with coved skirting’s, make good to existing wash room facilities, new staff office areas, workstation & kitchen facilities.

In addition the new works involved the construction of a new Crushing Room & Soil Preparation Facility along with new work benches, Ovens & exhaust hoods to service the individual work bench areas.

The new on site facilities will contribute in the successful expansion of the existing Envirolab Group Services currently provided on the existing site.
