The truck depot has been developed to accommodate Scania who require a new warehouse for their operations within proximity to major transport routes including the M7 and M4 motorways.

Within the heart of Eastern Creek, Taylor is connecting global commercial vehicle manufacturer, Scania, with a high quality maintenance, workshop and environmental station for their operations.

Scania is a major Swedish manufacturer of commercial vehicles, specifically heavy lorries, trucks and buses. This site offers easy access to the M4 Western Motorway and Westlink M7, an ideal location that is strategically placed within the Industrial precinct of Eastern Creek.

Located at 2-4 Hannibal Street, the existing greenfield site consists of a single allotment of 24,000m2. The development will accommodate a new industrial estate comprising a truck depot and industrial units A to E. Works comprise construction of a new two storey maintenance centre with workshops, storage, mezzanines and office as well as construction of a new environmental station for waste storage and recycling.

The industrial units will be housed within one larger warehouse complex containing five separate units with ancillary first floor offices, identified as Units A, B, C, D and E. These units will be utilised and leased by Fife Capital.

Taylor will work closely with Fife Capital to ensure a seamless transition and handover to Scania.
