This five level extension to the current Formule 1 hotel includes a major refurbishment of the existing facility and a complete upgrade of the security and access control systems.

To minimise the construction programme, innovative construction techniques and materials were used. This resulted in a six day turnaround for each level of the structure. The hotel remained open for business. The construction team successfully managed the process to ensure hotel operations and the airport transport management suffered no negative impact.

This project was completed ahead of time.
