Taylor completed the delivery of a new Masters Home Improvement Store and multi tenancy building at Heatherbrae.

The Masters Home Improvement store comprises over 7000sqm of highly polished concrete main floor, 2300sqm drive through Trade centre and a 1700sqm Garden centre. The 4000sqm detached multi tenancy building creates a bulk retail estate. The car park accommodates more than 400 vehicles.

Construction demonstrates high quality retail finishes. The laser screeded concrete floors are finished to a highly polished and reflective surface creating an aesthetic and resilient retail space. The new facility is constructed of precast panel walls, insulated wall panels and surfmist satin structural steel framing incorporating impressive aluminium façade cladding and glazing, supporting the brand’s positioning as the market leader in home improvement retail development.
