This $14.6 million project was constructed to a tight schedule to enable Masters Home Improvement to commence racking and fit out three weeks prior to practical completion. The store was handed over in early November, enabling pre-Christmas trading from mid December.

Masters Home Improvement was impressed with both the outcome of the facility and the manner in which the project was undertaken, and indicated that Taylor has secured inclusion on its select list of preferred contractors.

ST MARY’S LEAGUES CLUB, ST MARY’S

A significant upgrade of St Mary’s Leagues Club’s car park was completed in late November. The car park civil works were interfaced with the adjacent Masters Home Improvement store infrastructure, internal access road system and storm water upgrade.
