Taylor has recently commenced Palmera Apartments, in Stage 2 of the Putney Hill Apartments located in Ryde, NSW. The Frasers Development consists of four stages of apartment buildings together with additional two and three storey townhouse/villas. Palmera consists of 91 high quality apartments over 7 levels with three levels of basement car parking, on-site detention and parkland landscaping.

Maintaining access to previously completed apartment buildings and houses for residents is paramount as is disruption to neighbouring aged care facilities.
