A new 2000m² motor showroom, administration and service centre was built for Volvo and Landrover. The building comprises basement car parking, workshop and storage areas, ground floor showroom and offices and a mezzanine level office space. The site’s location on King Georges Road, a major local transport route, presented logistical challenges that were successfully overcome.

Construction incorporated the use of precast concrete panels and structural steel, as well as large expanses of glass to maximise its street frontage position. High quality finishes enhanced the contemporary design. The Dealer Principal considers the result to be outstanding.
