St John Ambulance (NSW) engaged Taylor Group for the construction of the new St John House, their NSW headquarters. The project involved a full refurbishment of an existing commercial building at Burwood over 5 floors and basement carpark area. Floors were stripped bare, services upgraded, lifts upgraded and a visually spectacular office / training area created.

The new office areas are capable of supporting several hundred staff members on both a permanent and temporary basis, with emergency communications rooms, radio transmitters and the like to support St John’s community work. A tight schedule was met, and being a not for profit organisation, delivering the project on budget was of the upmost importance.
