The Gardens

The Gardens consists of two residential towers of 148 apartments over top of two levels of basement carparking.

This stage is the fourth that has been negotiated for Frasers at Putney Hill site demonstrating Taylors ‘Client Focused, Relationship Driven’ approach to delivering Projects which has gained repeat work from many of our clients.

The two apartment towers sit over top of a large podium slab which includes landscaped areas and detailed water features. As with other stages value engineering sessions were done with client to look at ways to reduce overall costs without impacting on design intent by Cox Richardson Architects
