Taylor delivered a $16 million refurbishment and expansion of Valentine Sports Park in Sydney’s north-west, headquarters of Football NSW and the home of Football in New South Wales.

The purpose of the redevelopment was to provide improved and expanded facilities for country NSW, interstate and international teams to play and train, in addition to servicing the sport and recreation needs of the local community.

Taylor completed a redevelopment to three of the existing playing fields and the 62 room accommodation facility. The primary requirement included the design and construction of a 9,000m2, three level state of the art indoor sports centre to include the office headquarters for Football NSW.

The multi-purpose building features an international full size FIFA approved futsal court with timber sprung floor, grandstand seating for spectators, a modern scoreboard, new administration centre, food and beverage facilities and external infrastructure work upgrades including new field lighting. The facility is also fitted with the latest technology platforms allowing the Sports Park to host conferences and training days that can be shared regionally and interstate.
