Taylor Group built Woolworths Berala under a design and construct contract, the third project undertaken for Woolworths.

The Berala project covers approximately 3000 square metres of supermarket, with six specialty shops designed to fit seamlessly alongside existing services. Construction includes two levels of basement car parking and on grade parking

Working collaboratively with the client and consultants, the Taylor design team provided solutions to overcome materials handling and access constraints associated with the site’s proximity to an operational railway line. By adopting an innovative approach to time management, the project team implemented several initiatives that enabled it to complete the project within the short time frame required by the client.
