Taylor Conference 2020!

What a great way to kick start 2020 and Taylors’ 25 years in business with our annual team conference held at Luna Park on Tuesday.

It was a great opportunity to get the entire team together for the day, starting with a business update, some words of wisdom from our leaders and the future of Taylor, 2020 and beyond.

The second part of the day involved a motivational and moving presentation from Darren Flanagan, the explosives expert who devised the strategy to rescue Todd Russell and Brant Webb from the Beaconsfield mine collapse in 2006.

To finish off the day we celebrated Taylor’s 25th birthday and in true party tradition played a giant game of pass the parcel with the entire team. Each layer contained a prize and one lucky person unlocked the major prize.

Following this, the team enjoyed a three-course lunch at our annual awards ceremony that recognises the achievements of many project teams and individuals in the business over the past year.

Congratulations to all of our award winners and to our entire team for making Taylor a truly great place to work.
