Adam Towner has joined Taylor as Chief Strategy Officer. An industry leader, Adam has more than 25 years’ experience in the construction and property sector. He is responsible for leading the executive and business development teams in setting strategic direction across the company.
Taylor is one of New South Wales’s leading construction and property partners, with a diverse portfolio spanning key sectors including; commercial, community infrastructure, education, health and aged care, industrial and data centres, hospitality and accommodation. A relationship-driven business, Taylor is a pioneer in technology and sustainability, focused on delivering the highest quality outcomes for clients. Adam’s appointment comes off the back of significant commencements for Taylor, for projects including The New Heart of Ryde redevelopment on the Ryde Civic Centre site, Sydney Opera House’s Concert Hall Renewal program, Charter Hall’s Wetherill Park distribution centre for Marley Spoon and a large data centre for one of the world’s largest web services suppliers.
Adam brings to Taylor vast senior management experience across a wide range of construction sector types, of major national and international projects. Expert in various forms of contract engagement and delivery, Adam has overseen a broad portfolio of Private & Public Partnerships, Development Management, Managing Contractor, Early Contractor Involvement, Design & Construct and Construct Only Contracts.
Adam demonstrates key leadership that drives a strong safety culture within the business and firmly believes that our people are central to our success, while maintaining a clear focus on achieving client outcomes as the key to ongoing success.

Management Appointments
Adam’s placement is one of several key personnel appointments that Taylor is undertaking to ensure the company is best placed to drive innovation and success in the years ahead. Taylor recently secured industry veteran, Chris Bellemore as Operations Manager and Yiorgos Crespis has joined as Construction Manager. Both highly-respected leaders, bringing decades of construction experience to the Taylor management team.
