Taylor Construction Group has been engaged to construct the latest Homemakers Centre for BB Retail Capital. The $24million bulky goods centre is located at Kotara.
This new Homemaker Centre at Kotara will cover a four hectare site, feature several of Australia’s major retailers and include parking for more than 500 vehicles.
Taylors D&C team came up with a full redesign of the structure to minimise costs by utilising a hybrid system of composite precast panels as well as tilt up construction. The project will include substantial roadworks, including the construction of an access bridge. Construction has recently commenced and is expected to be complete by late 2010. MORE.
