In partnership with Sydney Metro Airports, Altis Property Partners, and Adapt PM, the 430 Marion Industrial Park located in Bankstown Airport brings a new standard of premium warehouses to the growing region, designed to suit current and future operational needs.
Achieving 5 Star Green Star certification, this design and construct project comprised five warehouses with a combined area of 15,105 square metres, including associated two-storey offices. It also offers ten different tenancy options varying in size and configuration to suit a range of potential tenants.
The scope of works included demolition of existing buildings, bulk earthworks, stormwater culverts and drainage channels, as well as external pavements including concrete truck pavement and bitumen carpark with more than 200 spaces.

Taylor is highly experienced in delivering various projects in live environments, including several airports. As construction was undertaken in a live airport environment, the works could not disrupt any of the normal Bankstown Airport operations, and alternate cranage solutions were formulated. Another consideration was ongoing tenant requirements, whereby Taylor ensured that any enquiries were quickly costed and incorporated into the project’s construction.
The 430 Marion Industrial Park will allow businesses to connect with people, goods and services at a local, national and international level.
