Taylor was engaged by ESR Australia to deliver a new 5 Star Green Star Design & As-Built industrial park in Leppington.
Strategically located at the gateway to the future Western Sydney Airport and within easy access to the M5 and M7 motorways, Leppington is one of Sydney’s fastest-growing logistics areas, making this facility an exciting location for businesses.
Set on an 8.7-hectare site, the industrial park is split into two new speculative-built warehouses with a combined total area of 33,088sqm. The warehouses are equipped with embedded solar provisions, rainwater storage tanks, open plan office designs, plus a shared 55m heavy-duty hardstand.
