In collaboration with School Infrastructure NSW, Taylor has completed the design finalisation and construction of the Midtown Macquarie Park Public School, a new six-storey primary school in the Midtown Estate in Macquarie Park.

The school includes modern learning spaces, a canteen, a multipurpose hall, a library, administration and staff facilities, covered outdoor learning areas, and outdoor play areas on each floor, as well as the rooftop. It was built to meet growing student enrolments in the area and will accommodate 750 students from Kindergarten to Year 6 when it opens in January 2027.

Midtown is a new urban neighbourhood on the site of the former Ivanhoe Estate in Macquarie Park, with social, affordable, and private housing, community facilities, retail, and green spaces. Taylor thanks School Infrastructure NSW, The APP Group, Architectus, Bureau Veritas, Altus Group, and all consultants and subcontractors for their collaboration on the project.
