Other key features of the project include on-grade and recessed docks, a 45m heavy-duty hardstand, ESFR sprinklers, LED lighting and a 15m wide awning for all-weather loading. Externally, there is outdoor seating areas with landscaping, and car and bike parking spaces.
A key challenge for the project was ensuring the correct sequencing of the build works with the civil works to provide efficient delivery. Taylor leveraged our extensive experience in delivering high-quality industrial projects similar in nature to overcome this challenge.
