Stockland Yennora Recessed Dock

The Taylor team completed alterations to the existing Building 11 at Yennora Distribution Facility for Stockland located on Dennistoun Avenue in Yennora.

The works took place over a 12-week construction programme and consisted of a partial demolition of the existing warehouse followed by construction of a new recessed dock. In addition, the project comprised various in-ground service installations and diversions, bulk and detail excavation, concrete works, structural works, high level mechanical ventilation works as well as cladding and precast walling works.

It was important to Stockland that the project be completed within the set programme duration. The team achieved this primary objective and completed the alterations and construction of the new recessed dock in time for their tenant’s (EPSON) occupation in mid November 2019.
