We are thrilled to announce Taylor has been appointed by Health Infrastructure (HI) to deliver the design finalisation and construction of the Blayney Multipurpose Service (MPS) Redevelopment.
Part of the NSW Government’s $297 million MPS Program, the redevelopment will provide improved access to health and aged care services in rural and remote communities. The redevelopment will provide a one-stop hub for services within a well-designed facility consisting of a new residential aged care wing with all single rooms, an Inpatient Unit supporting palliative and respite care, an expanded HealthOne, emergency and ambulatory care services.
The new facility will be built on the existing Osman Street site, ensuring proximity to other medical and aged care services and high-quality health care closer to home. These significant improvements will create more modern, fit-for-purpose facilities that enable a seamless care experience and will meet the growing health needs of the Blayney community for years to come.
Through our extensive experience delivering high-quality health facilities for HI, Taylor understands the specific nuances health facilities have and how to deliver fit-for-purpose facilities to meet stakeholder expectations.
Taylor looks forward to collaborating with our client, The APP Group, and all consultants and subcontractors to bring this redevelopment to life.
