Throughout his tenure at Taylor, Gary has worked on several notable projects, including the First Building, MPark Building A, Tara Aquatic Centre and Sports Precinct, Sydney Southwest Private Hospital, and NSW Children’s Court. Gary’s strong technical background in construction techniques and quality detail has been instrumental in effectively coordinating construction tasks, materials handling, and site establishment. His comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in construction management has earned him an excellent reputation with multiple clients and fostered positive relationships with his peers.
As a Senior Site Manager, Gary manages the construction process in a cooperative and productive environment, ensuring project objectives are met in terms of time, quality, safety, and cost. Gary oversees programme coordination, cost management, implementation of management systems, subcontractor management, as well as workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance. His role is crucial in upholding Taylor’s values and reputation while ensuring successful project delivery.
