Innovation and Partnership: Taylor’s Role in Western Sydney’s Transformation

Insightful Discussions at the PCA’s Aerotropolis Activation Business Lunch.

Taylor was proud to sponsor the Property Council of Australia’s (PCA) Business Lunch in Conversation with the CEOs of Bradfield Development Authority and Infrastructure NSW. A huge thank you to the PCA for hosting this insightful event and to all the esteemed panellists:

  • Tom Gellibrand, CEO, Infrastructure NSW
  • Ken Morrison, Chief Executive Officer, Bradfield Development Authority
  • Amy Menere, Chief Stakeholder Relations and Customer Officer, Mirvac
  • Justine Kinch, Director Western Sydney Aerotropolis Planning & Programs Greater Sydney, Transport for NSW

A special shoutout to Jess Evans, our Relationship Manager, for delivering a warm and engaging welcome address on behalf of Taylor.

Taylor is proud to have been one of the first residents in the new city of Bradfield, playing a pivotal role as the managing contractor for the First Building. This building, which will soon house the Advanced Manufacturing Research Facility (AMRF), marks a significant milestone in the development of this innovative city. The AMRF is a high-tech facility with advanced manufacturing equipment and offices for research institutions and industry to collaborate.

The events discussion on Bradfield City Centre and the coordination of infrastructure across the Western Sydney Aerotropolis was particularly timely and informative. We are excited to witness the transformative phase for Western Sydney.

Thank you to everyone who joined us today and contributed to the conversation.
