Peter Salib Recognised as Future Industry Changemaker

Peter Salib, Project Manager, has been named in the Property Industry Foundation’s 40 under 40 list, an accolade that recognises his significant contributions across Taylor and the wider property industry.

Congratulations to Peter Salib, Project Manager, who has been recognised by the Property Industry Foundation’s Future Leader’s committee at the inaugural 40 under 40 event. Guest speakers Jason Juretic, Chief Executive Officer of Stepping Stone House and John Basilisco, State Manager NSW of ADCO were joined by Kate Mills, CEO of The Property Industry Foundation to acknowledge 40 changemakers within the property industry.

George Bardas, Chief Executive Officer at Taylor, acknowledged this industry accolade, noting,

Peter is a highly valued and respected member of the Taylor team. Since joining in 2017, Peter has successfully led teams at iconic sites including the Wildlife Retreat at Taronga and Sydney Opera House Western Renewal. He is now managing two concurrent projects, Sub Base Platypus Torpedo Factory Renewal and Taronga Upper Australia Precinct.

Peter displays exceptional emotional intelligence, building camaraderie and fostering open and trusting relationships with our site teams, project partners, and clients.

When reflecting on this recognition, Peter said, “There’s no better feeling than standing at the end of a completed project and appreciating the hard work and time invested by so many people. Add to that the positive feedback from clients – it’s why we do what we do.”

Congratulations Peter, as well as all the 40 under 40 future industry changemakers

Thank you too, to Taylor’s 40 Under 40 committee member Elizabeth Mackison for helping to bring this important new initiative to life.
