Taylor Rides for Change at Tour de PIF 2025

Taylor was proud to take part in the property and construction industry’s biggest one-day fitness challenge last Friday — the 16th annual Tour de PIF in Terrey Hills.

The Tour De PIF raises funds to build safe bedrooms for homeless youth through the Property Industry Foundation.

This year’s event was a sell-out, uniting hundreds of participants to walk, run, or cycle for a powerful purpose. The Foundation surpassed its fundraising goal of $350,000, raising an incredible $394,858 to help rebuild lives, one bedroom at a time.

At the heart of Taylor’s fundraising success was a strong team effort, with many contributing generously to support the cause. Among them, Tim Christie secured the Top Individual Fundraiser title for the second consecutive year, raising an impressive $31,185.

Taylor’s team: Ben Folkard, Stephen Winfield, Gary Rossiter, Brad Prescott, and Eddie Abramian collectively raised a phenomenal $60,077, coming second place on the Top Fundraising Team leaderboard.

A special acknowledgement goes to:

  • Tim Christie – 1st Place, Top Individual Fundraiser
  • Ben Folkard – 3rd Place
  • Eddie Abramian – 5th Place

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported Team Taylor, your donations, encouragement, and belief in the cause made this achievement possible. Every dollar raised goes further through in-kind donations of skills, labour, and goods from the industry. Every bedroom built means safety, stability, dignity and the chance for a brighter future.

We are stronger together. We are for homeless youth.
