The development accommodates a new industrial estate comprising a truck depot and industrial units A to E.
Works comprised construction of a new two storey maintenance centre with workshops, storage, mezzanines and office as well as construction of a new environmental station for waste storage and recycling.
The industrial units are housed within one larger warehouse complex containing five separate units with ancillary first floor offices, identified as Units A, B, C, D and E. These units will be utilised and leased by Fife Capital.
Taylor worked closely with Fife Capital to ensure a seamless transition and handover to Scania in June 2021.
