Located at 26-28 Nelson Road in Yennora, the project involved construction of 8 warehouse units which cater for a range of tenants including Mirotone, an Australian-owned manufacturer and supplier of surface coatings.
Works comprised the following:
– Six industrial units of varying sizes located on the eastern portion of the site. The units are identified as Warehouses 1 to 6 and were each provided with ancillary office space, loading dock facilities and car parking.
– A large, high-bay warehouse located in the south-western corner of the site. This warehouse is identified as Warehouse 7 and was provided with ancillary office space, loading dock facilities and car parking with potential fitout as a cool room / freezer.
– Warehouse 8, a purpose-built manufacturing and office facility for Mirotone. The facility is separated into several areas and accommodates the manufacturing and storage of various coatings, along with an ancillary office for their NSW staff.
