Connecting a diverse group of tenants who require a vast range of environments to exceptional industrial facilities for housing their operations.

Located at 26-28 Nelson Road in Yennora, the project involves construction of 8 warehouse units which will cater for a range of tenants including Mirotone, an Australian-owned manufacturer and supplier of surface coatings.

Works comprise the following:

  • Six industrial units of varying size to be located on the eastern portion of the site. The units are identified as Warehouses 1 to 6 and will each be provided with ancillary office space, loading dock facilities and car parking.
  • A large, high-bay warehouse is to be located in the south-western corner of the site. This warehouse is identified as Warehouse 7 and will be provided with ancillary office space, loading dock facilities and car parking with potential fitout as a cool room / freezer.
  • Warehouse 8 will be a purpose-built manufacturing and office facility for Mirotone. The proposed facility will be separated into several areas and accommodate the manufacturing and storage of various coatings, along with an ancillary office for their NSW staff.
