Taylor proudly celebrates the 10-year anniversary of Dean Fondas, Project Director, whose leadership and dedication have been instrumental in delivering some of our most successful projects. Dean joined Taylor as a Project Manager and through his determination and expertise, has grown into a highly respected Project Director with over 23 years of experience in the construction industry.
Dean has delivered outstanding results across multiple sectors including Education, Community, Health, Retail, and Residential. His proactive approach and ability to present innovative solutions have ensured projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, time, and cost efficiency. Dean’s exceptional communication and organisational skills have fostered strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and his teams, making him a trusted and reliable leader of the Taylor team.
Currently leading our Midtown Macquarie Park New Primary School project, Dean has also played a key role in several landmark projects, including Roseville College’s Sport & Wellbeing Centre, Taronga Institute of Science & Learning, PolAir Helicopter Base, and Lindfield Learning Village Stage 1. Each of these projects reflects his commitment to excellence and ability to navigate complex challenges with innovative solutions.
Dean’s delivery of Roseville College was commended by College representatives and the community for the project’s quality and student engagement. His efforts in facilitating site tours and educational information sessions have been praised for inspiring students and promoting awareness of careers in construction.
