Team Taylor worked closely with ISPT and Aliro to successfully deliver the $24 million precinct, with works comprising a 21,3000sqm warehouse, 1,400sqm two-level office, 240sqm two-level dock office, 480sqm battery charge room and external areas including retaining walls, hardstand and carparking facilities.
