On Monday, the Taylor team came together across two Sydney project sites. The morning kicked off over coffee and a hot breakfast, a chance to catch up with familiar faces, meet new ones, and set the tone for a morning of connection and collaboration before heading out on site.
Our Let’s Get Together event is something we’re proud to have built as a part of the Taylor culture. It’s a chance for our people to step off their own project, visit a different site, experience a different sector, and take something useful back with them. Cross-collaboration, shared learning, and supporting one another – that’s what these events are about.
A big thank you to both project teams for opening their sites and looking after the group so well. Each member of the team guided smaller groups through site tours, offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse into these projects while recognising the hard work, skill, and dedication.
