Being a live environment with the hospital and imaging department operational during construction, it was important that the works did not cause disruption to any of the normal operations of Bathurst Health Service. Taylor’s experienced site team ensured strict parameters were put in place during construction to ensure minimal disruption.
The team also understood the importance to ensure public safety and pedestrian access to all parts of the hospital, and worked closely with building management and key project stakeholders to develop a plan and communicate access changes. Communication with all parties was crucial in the delivery of this project to ensure that all works were carried out to the highest quality.
Now completed, the new extension will provide improved healthcare services to the Bathurst community.
