In collaboration with School Infrastructure, we’re excited to announce we have been appointed the design finalisation and construction of Midtown Macquarie Park New Primary School!
The project involves construction of a new six-storey primary school in the Midtown Estate in Macquarie Park. The new school will comprise modern learning spaces, a canteen, multipurpose hall, library, administration and staff facilities, covered outdoor learning areas, and outdoor play areas on each floor of the building and rooftop.
The new school is required to meet the increasing student enrolment growth within the area. Upon completion, the school will accommodate 750 students from Kindergarten to Year 6.
Midtown is a new urban neighbourhood being built on the site of the former Ivanhoe Estate in Macquarie Park that will include social, affordable and private housing, community facilities, retail, and green spaces.
