To support the ageing population of the Western Sydney region, Taylor is proud to have delivered this new state-of-the-art aged care home for Opal HealthCare at Winston Hills. The facility is located alongside ‘The Willows’ retirement village, providing a seamless continuation of care whereby residents can access the level of care required without having to leave the community they have become a part of.
The building comprises a 95-bed residential aged care facility that services a range of needs including low dependency, high dependency and dementia-related care. The building also features a memory support wing, with 19 beds dedicated to dementia care.

The facility provides a tranquil environment consisting of comfortable rooms with high quality furnishings, lounge areas that invite friends to socialise and relax, a dining room and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces with gardens and terraces to provide a homely feel.
Taylor has a proven track record of working within live environments, with this being the second project delivered by Taylor for Opal HealthCare. Taylor completed the Opal Care facility at Ashfield in 2016 which is currently the benchmark contract building for Opal facilities.
