The external elevations of this 12 storey building comprise off-form precast panels with full height windows. The facade has been designed for external noise reduction. The extensive lobby has a double height ceiling space, and the rooms have glass wall divisions between bathroom and bedroom, with high quality finishes specified throughout. The project also included the delivery of an adjacent commercial office building which included 4 levels of office space above a 4 storey carpark.

Taylor overcame significant challenges throughout this project which included a very tight programme, compounded by a two-month delay in commencement and crane approval issues. Taylor implemented practical procurement and delivery of all design selections whilst maintaining a high level of quality control. Despite starting much later than anticipated, Taylor still managed to complete this project on time.
