New entry portals for the future tenancies have also been craned into position. Next month, the development’s first tenant, Messina, will take over the café to commence the fit-out of their new store on the corner of Dunning Avenue and Hayes Road. Other tenants will commence their fit-outs in coming months, with several large brands leasing tenancies.
With guidance from Heritage Consultants, several existing elements of the 90 year old building will be repurposed within the new building including over 20,000 bricks, signage, metal fixings, windows, louvres, hardwood timbers, electrical transformers, bells, cranes just to name a few.
We would like to acknowledge and thank our dedicated team and subcontractors for their hard work on this project. Despite its unique challenges, the project continues to evolve into a modern, sustainable mixed-use workspace.
